All those who enter the park will need to purchase a pass, whether they will be in the water or not. There must be at least one fully paid admission for each child under 14 years of age. After that requirement is met, reduced prices of spectator passes are available for the rest of the party. This is standard practice at all theme parks, waterparks, and family entertainment centers.

Why should I shower before entering the waterpark?

A common misunderstanding about waterparks and pools is that operators add too much chlorine or other chemicals that cause eye irritation or strong smell. This is not the case and our water quality is digitally monitored each hour to make certain we are within very specific guidelines. Chlorine reacts with impurities that are present on all people. What we have in our hair, the cologne or perfume that we have on, skin lotion, all react with the chemicals required to keep everyone safe. The more impurities that are brought into the water the stronger the chemical reaction. By showering you remove these impurities and reduce the chemical reactions that occur thus eliminating an elevated odor or the sensation of burning eyes.
