All requests must be received a minimum of 30 days before the event to be considered.

Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Hotel is proud to give back to the community through contribution requests.

You may submit a donation request for the Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Hotel or one of its additional properties: Soaring Eagle Hideaway RV Park and The Retreat at Soaring Eagle.

Due to the large volume of donation requests Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Hotel receives, all donation requests must be submitted online. Any requests submitted via social media, mail, email, phone, or fax will not be considered.

The following criteria must be met or the request will be denied:

Requests must be from non-profit organizations 501(c)(3) classifications and charities holding fundraisers and planning for tickets to be used as raffle drawings, silent auction, or auction items. Please, no donations for individuals or for-profit organizations.

Your organization must be located within a 100 mile radius of Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Hotel.

Only one (1) request per organization within a 12 month period.

PLEASE FILL OUT THE INFORMATION BELOW. Any missing information will cause a denial for your donation. By filling in the required fields there is no guarantee an organization will receive a donation. (* = required fields).

We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificate sent via USPS.
