As we welcome back our friends, we want to share the health-safety, sanitation efforts, and occupancy restrictions that will be in place.
Before admittance to the park and hotel, guests will undergo a brief health check, which will include a temperature scan. Those exhibiting a temperature of 100 degrees, or higher, will be asked to rest for a few minutes, then return for an additional scan. If the guest’s temperature maintains 100 degrees, they will be asked to return at a later date when their temp has subsided.
Social distancing markers have been placed on the floor throughout the property, in high traffic areas, to ensure proper spacing between guests. These markers will be visible in both the hotel and the Waterpark.
Under current social distancing guidelines from the CDC and World Waterpark Association, we will be reducing the Waterpark capacity to ensure guest safety. We will continue to monitor those guidelines for when restrictions may change or be lifted.
Our guard staff and supervisors will be continuously sanitizing touch-points within the park to ensure cleanliness. Special attention will be given to handrails, door handles, changing rooms and all communal areas. Soaring Eagle Waterpark utilizes a sophisticated Ultra Violet Water treatment system that treats all water in the park, not just certain attractions, as might be found in other parks. Health officials have found that water treatment with U.V. light kills viruses.
Guests are highly encouraged to wear masks at all times when they are not in the water and everyone is encouraged to bring personal masks to ensure comfort and security while in the park. It has been suggested that a cloth mask may work best in this environment.
Due to safety concerns, single-person tubes will be the only tube option for Loons Loop. Our Acorn Pass attraction has been removed for the foreseeable future. Our rock climbing wall, Makwa’s Mountain, will also be out of service. These attractions contained sustained contact points with both hands and feet. Thus they are currently unavailable to provide improved security for our guests.
Each day, before opening, and each night after closing, the park will be fully inspected, and every attraction in the park will be cleaned by staff per official guidelines using the recommended cleaning products.
Our staff is dedicated to your safety and every precaution is being taken to ensure that you have a visit that is memorable for all the right reasons.
We appreciate your patience as we reopen some operational hours or features may be modified to adhere to the more recent safety standards. We can’t wait to see everyone but please call 1.877.2EAGLE2 ahead of time due to reduced occupancy levels.
For Day Pass visits please visit our DAY PASS section of the website to see our current times and pricing. Day Pass availability is very limited. We highly recommend calling our Front Desk at 989.817.4801 to check availability or to reserve passes before arrival.

The rooms were clean. The waterpark was awesome.
We drove for 2 hours to enjoy our weekends. The room was very clean. My kids really enjoy the indoor water park, food was a reasonable price. I like to shout out Ms.Gloria; she was a housekeeper. She wiped and cleaned the floors every time I saw her throughout the water park. She was a very nice and polite person. We will be visiting again very soon!
Great service, friendly staff, and absolutely great atmosphere.
